At the Andre Harrell Superstar Soul Search auditions in Atlanta, 50 regional singers competed for a chance to win a recording contract and $10,000.
The auditions took place at Echelon 3000 in Stone Mountain and were judged by Andre Harrell and a panel of celebrity judges, including Angie Stone and Eddie F. Two semi-finalists from the Atlanta area was chosen to move on to the next round of the competition, which takes place on July 31 in Atlanta.
The winners of the Atlanta auditions were Tamar Davis and Mr. Ayers.
