Rihanna performs "Only Girl (In The World)" on Italian X-FactorRihanna hit the stage for the Italian version of the hit show X-Factor yesterday (November 9) to perform her new single “Only Girl (In The World).”

Rihanna wore a very revealing floral two-piece outfit and sported a long red ponytail.
