Officials in County Commissioner El Franco Lee’s Precinct One are working overtime to lower the number of teenage pregnancies and help more people gain access to health care in Harris County.
Through collaboration with the Baylor College of Medicine, they have designed the Northeast Adolescent Program (NEAP) to assist in providing adolescents with free information, education, and referral services within their own communities.
