Two Men Held, Charged With Murder During Home Invasion

Twenty-year Olen Ware and 21-year old Keaton Cooper face the death penalty if convicted of murdering Peggy Ariza last August.

The shooting occurred at the victims’ home in northwest Harris County. Deputies says when Ariza’s 17-year old daughter answered the doorbell men wearing ski masks pushed their way inside. We’re told one grabbed the girl by the neck and put a gun to her head and the was shot when she walked into the room after hearing her daughter screaming, then the gunmen took off.
