Patrick Simmons Houston Bank Robbery Suspect Surrenders

Patrick Wayne Simmons turned himself over to members of the FBI Bank Robbery Task Force early Sunday.  He was one of Houston’s most wanted fugitives.  He capture was aided by the billboard campaign. Patrick is accused of a string of bank robberies.
