From TheUrbanDaily.com – Overseer of all things entertainment news related, TMZ, has already found out what Cissy Houston makes of Whitney Houston’s death being ruled as an accidental drowning, partially spurred by cocaine usage and heart problems stemming from it. The site says sources very close to Cissy that spoke with her minutes after the story was published say that she was shocked by Whitney using coke at the time of her death, but feels the relapse was triggered by anxiety over her comeback plans.
This included plans to reenter the studio to record new music, go into more film work along with potentially joining The X-Factor as a judge. And of course, the film Sparkle, which Cissy reportedly says her daughter was completely sober while shooting. Sadly, those sources also claim that Cissy feels that receiving word that Whitney was using again is like relieving news of her death all over again.
In related news, TMZ adds that the coroner’s office claims Whitney used cocaine “immediately prior to her collapse.” Not traces of illegal substances were found, but there is a “source who is extremely close to the situation tells us … the individual who removed the cocaine was also the person who supplied it to Whitney.”
And the investigation is still open.
