Just days after revealing that cocaine was found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston died, the LA coroner has now released the final autopsy report:

Whitney Houston was found by an assistant “lying face down in the bathtub filled with water” in a hotel room the day she died, according to the full autopsy report released Wednesday. Located on the south portion of the counter was a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, along with other miscellaneous items. Located in the top drawer, in the north side of the counter were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base. Officials found more white powder on the base of the mirror.

The Los Angeles County coroner ruled that Houston’s death February 11 was an accidental drowning with the “effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use” as contributing factors.

The report includes details on the amount of cocaine and other drugs in her body at the time of her death.

A preliminary report was released last month.
