On last night’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” finale, we finally got closure on all of the girls problems. The episode begins with Nene and Cynthia having a serious discussion about Nene and Greg’s divorce. She opens up to Cynthia about her fears of leaving Greg and how her son will react to their divorce. She also says that no matter what she and Greg will remain good friends and raise their son together.
Although things aren’t looking too great in Nene’s love life right now, everything is smooth sailing with Cynthia. Her Bailey Agency School For Modeling is doing fantastic, and she has a casting call in Atlanta to look for a few new faces to join her company. She has Peter helping her with the casting call, which is a great help for Cynthia considering that her sister, Mallory, used to be her “right hand man” when it came to her business affairs but since she and Mal aren’t speaking at the moment, Peter will just have to do.
Kandi is ready to launch her bedroom toy line, and plans a launch party which includes half naked men, bedroom toys and some of Atlanta’s finest Twitter followers. She gets together with Sheree and Phaedra to select the men to be half naked at the party. Of course, this is right up Phaedra and Kandi’s alley as Phaedra tells one of the men, “you’re almost as fine as my husband!” Meanwhile, Nene meets up with her sugar daddy business partner where he continues to shower her with gifts. No Louboutins this time, but instead a Rolex watch! “Bling bling bling, b****s is mad!” Nene says upon accepting the gift. Of course, she’s excited to have a shiny new watch to add to her collection of Louboutins that he’s given her in the past, but we can’t help but to give him the side eye when he tells her that everyday with her is like “Christmas”. Things are getting a little weird. When it’s finally time for Kandi’s toy party, both the smalls and the talls show up to support Kandi.
Nene, Marlo and Cynthia arrive at the party and immediately are weirded out when they see that the party-goers look like people from Twitter. They don’t want to drink any of the liquor provided at the party, and Marlo even goes as far as to order a bottle of champagne for the girls from downstairs. These are minor things to the smalls, because Phaedra, Sheree and Kim are having a blast at Kandi’s party, and indulge in all the toys and half naked men running around. Kandi is a little bothered that the talls are keeping to themselves and didn’t even come and speak to her upon arrival, but she doesn’t let that bother her because she is more concentrated on the fact that she’s about to get PAID! After a while, Nene is over the party, and is ready to leave. Marlo and Nene get into a small argument because Marlo think’s Nene is being a brat by wanting to leave so early but Nene doesn’t care and gets up to leave anyway. “Bye b****s!” she yells while driving away. Most appropriate statement for the ending of this explosive season.
