News92FM.Com is reporting that toll lanes may be added to Highway 288 and Highway 290 in Harris County.
A memorandum of understanding that was signed Tuesday by the Harris County Commissioner’s Court gives permission to the Texas Department of Transportation and the Harris County Toll Road Authority to move forward with plans to add toll lanes to Highway 290 and Highway 288.
