According to Montgomery County Police Reporter, a Houston man died about 3:15 p.m. Sunday when his 2012 Harley-Davidson hit a driveway on FM 149 near Majestic Oaks.
The bike had only 60 miles on its odometer, and the rider was not wearing a helmet, Police Reporter says.
Based on a witness’ statement, the motorcyclist never went over the speed limit, stopped at traffic signals and seemed to have complete control, Montgomery County Police Reporter says. Reports say he was coming out of a curve southbound on FM 149 when he hit a driveway and went airborne before ending up near the entrance of The Falls of Wildwood subdivision.
