The July Job Report stated that 163,000 jobs have been created, but President Barack Obama believes more work needs to be done for those who still don’t have jobs.

We’ve now created 4.5 million new jobs over the last 29 months, and 1.1 million new jobs so far this year,” Obama said in remarks in Washington. “We’ve got more work to do on their behalf, not only to reclaim all the jobs that were lost during the recession, but also to reclaim the kind of financial security that too many Americans have felt was slipping away from them for too long.”

Even though the U.S hasn’t been able to come back from an economic crisis this deep since the 1930’s Great Depression, at a press conference following President Obama’s remarks on the job growth, republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney blames the President’s policies for not getting the economy back on track.
