Police arrested a former Walmart employee; that employee is accused of using his vehicle to hit a teenager. According to reports, the ordeal reportedly began at the Walmart in the 9500 block of Rowlett in southeast Houston earlier last month.

Court documents indicate that Lance Ferguson, 33, who was with Walmart’s Loss Prevention team, accused 18-year-old Dominique Mason of stealing merchandise from the store.

After the teen left the store, Ferguson decided to take matters of the alleged theft in his own hands.

Documents state that Ferguson got in his car and began following the 18-year-old while the teen walked home. Ferguson allegedly drove up behind Mason in a nearby parking lot and bulldozed him from behind.

Although Mason admitted to stealing from the southeast Houston Walmart back in April, he did deny stealing from the store during the most recent incident in question.

Ferguson, who appeared in court, is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault. He’s being held on $30,000 bail.
