One of the defendants in last week’s shooting at Lone Star College has his charges dropped.
Carlton Berry was facing two counts of aggravated assault for the shooting. Prosecutors are pursuing a case against Trey Foster who is facing two counts of aggravated assault.
Police say Foster became upset when Jody Neal bumped into him leading to the shooting.
Berry was shot along with Neal and a maintenance man last week.
Foster was arrested in Plano and police recovered a gun. Tests are being run to determine if it is the weapon used in the shooting.
