Researchers at Boston University School of Medicine are saying eating mushrooms can provide as much Vitamin D as taking a supplement but they must be put in the sun first. Vitamin D is essential for the immune system, strong healthy bones and teeth and the absorption of calcium. (dailymail.co.uk)
