Well, this is good news.  Even if it is 22 years later.  According to Pulse of Radio,

The murder of a four-year-old child known as “Baby Hope,” whose body was found 22 years ago in New York City, may finally have been solved. A cousin of the child confessed Saturday to the killing, police said. Now identified as Anjelica Castillo, the child’s death haunted a generation of police investigators who continued to pursue her killer. Recently, an anonymous phone tip led to identification of the victim’s mother, who is now dead. Her DNA profile led investigators to her relatives, and finally to the suspect, Conrado Juarez, who is now 52 and was still living and working in New York.

Now the family finally has closure.
