Concerned Houston father, Christopher Levy was informed by school officials that his son had been misbehaving at school. He then allegedly disciplined his son by assaulting him in the school cafeteria. He was then arrested and charged with injury to a child. The incident was witnessed by other students, but no one else was hurt. The child was taken to the hospital Child Protective Services are involved.
