US-MUSIC-GRAMMY AWARDS-SHOW

Who can forget the beef between Prince and his then record label Warner Brother Records in the 90’s. A rebellious Prince changed is name to The Artist Formerly Named Prince and wrote the word ‘slave’ on the side of his face in protest to the label’s ownership of his masters.

30 years later, Prince has inked a new deal with his old label that will allow him to regain ownership of his entire Warner Brothers catalogue. A re-mastered deluxe version of Purple Rain will also be re-released celebrating the 30th anniversary of the album and movie.  You can also expect an album of brand new music. Click here to read more.
