(HOUSTON) — A teenager allegedly ran over a truck driver while trying to steal two cases of beer.
Connor Koy, 17, is accused of attacking a delivery truck driver for Anhueser Busch beer. The driver was dropping off inventory at 9440 Louetta in Harris County on May 29.
According to court documents, the truck driver saw Koy’s gray Dodge truck “slow rolling” in the parking lot. He thought Koy was planning to steal beer, so he ran toward the truck, yelling the for Koy to stop. Instead, Koy allegedly accelerated, knocking the truck driver onto the hood of the vehicle.
Koy is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
