The People’s Station Majic 102.1 and our listeners cam out to help support an enjoy the Largest Children’s Festival in the United States, the McDonald’s® Houston Children’s Festival, benefiting Child Advocates, Inc., presented by Baker Hughes. This amazing event, which included two days of games, circus acts, rides, food, beverages, and entertainment for all ages was centered in downtown Houston. It was created 28 years ago by Child Advocates as an avenue to create awareness and funding to help the neglected and abused children of Houston. Over 5.4 million dollars have been raised for the organization through the annual two days of children activities.
