Saturday, the Yolanda Adams Health and Lifestyle Tour stopped in Houston, Texas to bring awareness in the areas of health, nutrition, fitness, spiritual balance and more. Sponsored by Novartis, Eli Lilly, special guests included Jessica Reedy, Zumba instructor Crystal Wall, Brian Courtney Wilson, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Grammy winning recording artist and radio talk show host Yolanda Adams.

Over 400 people were in attendance and were empowered to live a healthier life.
