From the “You Can’t Make This Up” files, Minnesota Republicans are proposing legislation that would make it illegal for people on public assistance to carry more than $20 in cash in their pockets. It should be noted that originally the proposal would have forbidden citizens on public assistance to carry any cash at all or suffer criminal penalties. Read More:
