The Duke Blue Devils lost to Arizona 93-77 Arizona Thursday night, ending their run for a 2011 NCAA title. It was a surprise loss for the number one seed that probably busted any of the few brackets still intact after an NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament filled with upsets. Fueled by strong play from Derrick Williams Kentucky will advance to the Elite Eight.

Coach Mike Krzyzewski, with 900 wins, will have to wait until next season to resume his pursuit of Bob Knight’s record as the winningest men’s coach in Division I history.

“The tournament is cruel,” Krzyzewski said. “It’s an abrupt end for everybody when you don’t win.”
