Kim Kardashian is expanding her horizons from television, fashion and social life to the big screen.
The reality television star is going to join the cast of Tyler Perry’s next film venture, “The Marriage Counselor,” according to a Friday night tweet from her.
Based on a Perry original stage play, the film unfolds a story of a marriage counselor whose own love life begins to fall apart when her husband’s parents move in.
The marriage counselor eventually begins to cheat on her husband. Kardashian will play the co-worker, Ava, who takes her into the big city for a makeover while the counselor is swimming in a big relationship mess. Filming is set to begin in Atlanta this Wednesday, Oct. 26.
Her new role is like the cherry on top for her 31st birthday, which she celebrated alongside her husband Kris Humphries at The Darby in New York on Friday night. Among the invited guests were best friend LaLa Vasquez, singer Pink who came with her hubby Corey Hart. Both LaLa and Pink sang to the birthday girl.
