According to reports, a 4.3 magnitude earthquake shook east Texas Thursday morning. According to National Earthquake Information Center geophysicist Amy Vaughan, the quake happened at 3:12 a.m. and was centered near Timpson, Texas.

The only reported injury was that of an elderly woman who fell out of her bed and injured her arm. No major damage was reported. Vaughan further stated that the earthquake was felt within 75 miles of its epicenter. She also added that the same area was the site of a 3.9 magnitude earthquake back on May 10.
