Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 154 East Edgebrook June 8.
The victim, a nine-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver of a black Toyota 4 Runner was traveling westbound on East Edgebrook around 11:50 a.m. Reports say he failed to control speed and drove onto a median. Upon impact, the boy was ejected from the vehicle, causing the fatal injuries.
The driver, 50, and two backseat passengers, both four years old, were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. The are all reportedly in stable condition.
Officials continue to investigate the details of this case.
