One driver was killed Monday night after recklessly racing up an embankment off a southeast Houston freeway, according to Houston police.
Police said a man in a dark blue sedan and another one in a white car were speeding up the embankment in the northbound lanes of Highway 288 at MacGregor around 8:45 p.m.
