NEWS92FM.com – The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Ernesto, which is now located about 385 miles headed west toward the Caribbean Islands.
Maximum winds have been as strong as 50 mph and are expected to gain even more strength within the coming days. Public advisories on Ernesto are in effect for Barbados, St. Vincent, Dominica, St. Lucia, Guadeloupe, The Grenadines and Martinique.
Elsewhere tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
