A judge has reopened O.J. Simpson’s armed robbery and kidnapping case, and the former football star may have to testify to convince the judge to give him a new trial.
Judge Linda Bell ruled Friday that Simpson’s attorneys will have a chance to present evidence at a hearing. There’s no date set for that hearing which will determine whether Simpson will be retried for holding a sports memorabilia dealer at gunpoint and stealing multiple items of memorabilia in 2007.
