1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 1/2 limes
1 lb of chicken cut into small cubes
2 cups of spinach, romaine lettuce or green of your choice
1 tbsp of salsa
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of black beans or pinto beans
1/2 cup of corn

Prepare your chicken and seasoning according to the packet (if you use the packet). Saute the chicken until no longer pink, set aside. Dice your avocado. Drain your corn and black beans if you use the canned version.
Build your salad however you like. I like to start with lettuce, sprinkle with tortilla chips and top with avocado. I think sprinkle lime juice and cumin to taste. Then I top with chicken, salsa, cheese, corn, black bean & then another squeeze of lime. I sprinkle cilantro on top and serve immediately.
