The Rock eats 7 times a day at least 3lbs of meat and 14 Egg whites daily! Ladies you will go broke trying to feed your husband the diet that the Rock consumes on a daily basis but I tell you what, if I could get my husband to actually follow it and the Rocks work out plan……I’D FINANCE IT!!!!!
