The White House is planning a dance party for First Lady Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday on January 17th. The Chicago Tribune reported that the party will be called “Snacks & Sips & Dancing & Dessert,” and be held one day after Obama’s birthday.
The paper said save-the-date emails are already being sent with instructions for guests to, quote, “wear comfortable shoes, eat before you come and practice your dance moves.” President Obama celebrated his 50th birthday in 2011 with a barbecue in the Rose Garden attended by friends, lawmakers and celebrities.
Sounds like a lot of fun!
