The Gleaner is reporting Third World‘s lead singer Williams “Bunny Rugs” Clarke has passed away at the age of 65.

According to the online publication, Clarke would have turned 66 on Thursday, February 6. He died on Sunday, February 2, in Orlando, Florida.

The reggae star was reportedly battling cancer at the time of his death.

Clarke was a member of Third World for 31 years.
