The District of Columbia, in recognition in June in honor of Black Music Month, will pay tribute to native son Marvin P. Gaye Jr., with a major musical concert at the Historic Lincoln Theatre, on June 14, 2014, 7:00 to 10:00 PM, presenting artists who were heavily influenced by Marvin and his music.
