Residents of the dominion square apartments on Pinemont drive between Shepherd and Ella, say the car had been parked for more than a week.
Officers opened the trunk and found a body so badly decomposed that they couldn’t tell if it was a man or a woman.
The car’s plates are registered to a Fort Bend County resident who was reported missing. That investigation is ongoing.
