In my opinion running is the best exercise to lose weight and stay healthy. I am a prime example I started running 6 years ago and I have to admit, I use to hate to run but my healthy was taking a turn for the worst and I knew I had to do something. I started running a half of block in my neighborhood 4 days a week then that half of block turn into a whole then a whole into a mile.
