My husband Anthony Harris, Sr. is the most selfless human being on earth. He is truly a gift from god and he does whatever he can for whomever he can.
We have been married for 20 years and he has been a great a role model to my 20-year-old son as well as the 3 children that we have had to make this a family of six.
Anthony drives from to and from Jackson, Mississippi from 3 pm to 6 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays…and on Tuesdays and Thursdays he goes in at 9 pm so he can do bible study before work. In the day time, he cares for the kids at home while I’m at school and / or work.
He has been very helpful to my Uncle Ricky, who is a not only weighs 500 pounds, but is disabled. Uncle Ricky depends heavily on my husband to run errands and drive him around.
Anthony is a deacon at our church and he can always be called on to help members of the congregation. He also volunteers at the New Orleans mission where they cook, prepare and serve hot meals on Saturdays with our church.
There is so much more i can say but i think you get the picture of what why he would be good candidate for real father, real man but sometimes, his nice-ness backfires.
Like when he loaned his lawn equipment out to several people and his things were not returned…if he did get it back, it was broken. He has been paying a lawn service $40 every 2 weeks to keep the yard looking good until he can afford to replace his stuff.
