New York City Subway Pushing Death Puts Spotlight On Commuter Safety

Two young black men were arrested after attacking a man on a St. Louis train. Apparently one of the boys asked the victim to use his cell phone and what he thought about the Michael Brown issue. After the victim responded he was too tired to think about it, the suspects unleashed  flurry of punches to the head that resulted in cuts and lacerations to the victim’s face. The suspects have been arrested and charged with assault but not charged with a hate crime. Authorities say that the assault did not meet the criteria for hate crimes in that state. See video below. Warning: Graphic video.
