Shonda Rhimes and Kerry Washington have already created a hit with their show “Scandal,” and their hoping to work the same magic with a new project.

The pair is linking up behind the camera to create a comedic drama about the unsung professionals who are responsible for raising other people’s babies. According to Entertainment Weekly, production of the untitled series is still in the script stage.

The show is billed as being an “edgy and comical” look into the world of young nannies who are trying to figure out lives as adults. Deadline.com reports that it will also feature three close families and their different support staffs.

Kerry will be acting as an executive producer, and Bess Wohl is onboard to pen the script.

It may be a while before the show debuts (most likely on ABC, if we had to guess). Kerry‘s Scandal co-star Katie Lowes is also getting in on the act, so expect to see her name in the credits when this show makes it to air.
