Hosts Pep Rally for NCAA® Final Four® Volunteer Launch
Who: The 2016 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® Local Organizing Committee and Sam Dekker
What: Invite the public to an animated volunteer pep rally featuring Texas Southern University’s men’s and women’s basketball teams and band, along with giveaways and interactive games.
Why: Sign-ups for volunteer opportunities are officially open, and 5,000 Houstonians have the opportunity to experience the Final Four® through assisting with the Final Four® Fan Fest at the George R. Brown Convention Center and the March Madness® Music Festival at Discovery Green, as well as various other Final Four® events throughout the week of March 30 – April 5.
20–30 Point Guard volunteers will be at the event to help attendees sign up for volunteer opportunities. Volunteers can also sign up at www.ncaa.com/finalfour
