Under the general supervision of Claims Management, your responsibilities will include: • Investigation, evaluation and negotiation of low to moderate complexity claims involving injury exposures with unrepresented claimants, while complying with established company technical and customer service Best Practices • Reacting with a sense of urgency by securing a complete case-appropriate investigation in the shortest time possible • Quick, early settlements are the goal through required face to face meetings with claimants Qualifications What you bring: • Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable • Three to five years of prior claims experience preferred • Self-motivating work ethic and flexibility to meet claimants at their convenience • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are a must “Creating members for life by exceeding our members’ expectations through valuable products and legendary service.” AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
