If you were to ask us which celeb would be most likely to become entangled in the Tiger Woods’ wreckage, George Clooney would not spring to mind.
But now the sexy star is forced to defend himself, adamantly denying that he hooked up with one of the ladies central to the Woods debacle.
Jaimee Grubbs—the 24-year-old cocktail waitress who’s cashing in her 15 minutes with claims she carried on a 31-month affair with Woods—also had a concurrent, clandestine relationship with Clooney, most recently hooking up with him two months ago, a source tells E! News.
That jibes with a new report in Us Weekly linking Clooney and Grubbs.
But Grubbs, who spilled the beans to Us Weekly on her relationship with Woods, was less forthcoming to the magazine about Clooney, only saying, “I know him.”
Team Clooney, on the other hand, has a different story. “He has never met her,” Clooney’s rep tells E! News.
So which is it?
