Mary J. Blige’s ex-husband, Kendu Isaacs, has called the singer out on Instagram. Kendu posted a clip from MJB’s BET Awards performance and said, “That intro was so forced!!!!! Ok. It’s time for me to tell the truth.” He went on to upload a picture of Mary with a caption that said, “I love you to death Mary J. Blige. I can’t even begin to understand why you are going on about this the way you have been. I never wanted to discuss our life airing the laundry. You know me better than that. You and I really need to talk and stop all this negative nonsense. I love you and I will always regardless of your actions.” Mary and Kendu split last year and are currently going through a divorce.

As previously reported, Blige and Isaacs married in 2003 and split in 2016, with MBJ filing for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences”. While Isaacs has yet to address what caused their split, Blige has stated in interviews that he was unfaithful in their marriage.

The pair are currently in a nasty divorce battle. Earlier this month, a judge ordered her to pay Isaacs $30,000 a month as a form of temporary spousal support, as well as a hefty $235,000 payment for retroactive spousal support and legal fees. Originally, Isaacs had requested $129,319 per month. Blige has yet to comment on Isaacs latest comments on social media.
