T.J. Holmes is leaving CNN, according to The Root. CNN weekend news anchor T.J. Holmes will be leaving the network at the end of the year, a CNN representative just confirmed in answer to a query by The Root. Additional details, including where he is heading next, are not yet available. TVNewser has published a CNN staff memo which simply states that he is leaving “to pursue other opportunities.”
