The Houston Texans made a spectacular football playing effort in a preseason match-up against the San Francisco 49ers over the weekend.

In stellar football action, Matt Schaub threw a touchdown pass to Lestar Jean helping the Texans win over win over the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday night, 20-9.

The 5-foot-5 Trindon Holliday, a sixth-round draft pick in 2010, finished Saturday’s game with 106 yards on four punt returns, and 61 yards on two kickoff returns.

During the game, the Houston Texans held the 49ers to 267 yards and stopped the 49ers twice on fourth down. Last season the 49ers were the ultimate leaders in NFL rushing defense.

San Francisco 49ers’ running back Brandon Jacobs left in the first quarter suffering from a left knee injury after a hit by Texans cornerback Kareem Jackson. LaMichael James a second-round pick suffered injury as well and limped off in the fourth quarter.
