Reports say that Mary J. Blige has been hit with a lawsuit — which has claimed that the singer and her hubby defaulted on a $2.2 million bank loan. According to Reuters, Signature Bank filed court docs in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan and they are looking to recoup the original loan plus $58,000 in interest.
- The suit claimed that Mary and her husband Kendu Isaacs took out the loan in October 2011 and defaulted in July 2012. MJB’s production company Mary Jane Productions, Inc. was also named in the suit.
