(HOUSTON) — Three men escaped after trying to break into a Houston clinic early Wednesday. Their alleged getaway driver was taken into custody, but no charges have been filed.
Houston police were called to the Thomas Street Health Center on Thomas at Bishop around 12:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they saw three men entering the building through an air vent.

The three men saw the officers, came back out and took off running. They all got away, but police said they found another man in the driver’s seat of the suspects’ car. He was taken into custody.
Police said it is unknown what they were going to steal once they got inside, but pharmaceuticals were located near the air vent they chose.
Nothing was taken, and no charges have been filed in this case.
