Former ‘Scandal’ star Columbus Short, continue to spiral out of control. Now Short has a warrant out for his arrest, reports TMZ. The actor was ordered to show Wednesday morning in criminal court for a hearing in his domestic violence case. His wife was asking for more protection from Columbus Short.
