According to USA Today, gospel music pioneer, Andrae Crouch has passed away this afternoon at age 72. Often called the father of modern gospel music, he has worked with pop icons such as Michael Jackson and Madonna. Even Elvis Presley and Paul Simon have recorded his songs.
