Roland Martin talks to Tamika Mallory of the New York Justice League, about the black Brooklyn DA not wanting the cop who killed Akai Gurley to go to prison.
“Certainly it is a miscarriage of justice. we are completely floored that this is happening. The jurors have even said they don’t know why the convicted someone if they’re not going to get justice,” she said.
