On Friday, April 28th, at 7:03 pm, R&B singer Ciara and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson welcomed their first child, Sienna Princes Wilson. She weighed in at 7 pounds and 13 ounces. Ciara announced the birth via Instagram and captioned it with a short letter to the newborn. She wrote,
